We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free Two-day shipping on all orders.
We do not offer international shipping.
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

i. Your cancellation, whether attempted or actual, or cancellations due to reasons not attributable to HIBOX (e.g., providing incorrect details or being unresponsive) constitute an Authorization Breach. In case of a breach, you're liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to the order value, which HIBOX may deduct from future payments.
ii. If HIBOX is unable to accept or cancels your order for reasons like technical errors, no cancellation charge applies. If the order is canceled after payment, eligible refunds will be reversed.
iii. No replacement, refund, or resolution without permission from Partner/Store.
iv. Complaints require proof for resolution.
v. No refund if instructions aren't followed as intended; Partner/Store follows instructions on a best-efforts basis.
vi. Refunds processed as received, unless provided as credits; refund timing follows respective bank policies.
